Filter Pending record deliveries by service, application and status. Inspect acceptance, durable transfer, retry and intervention stages. Zero pending packages does not mean that transaction history is empty.

Not measured or Measurement unavailable is not a zero backlog. Refresh the view. If the issue persists, have the technical team check internal transfer, Kafka and ClickHouse connectivity.

Component metrics describe Sigillum processes. A service’s latest-record timestamp shows actual receipt, not a continuous SDK heartbeat. An old timestamp on a service without traffic does not establish that it is offline.

The SDK uses a bounded queue and does not stop the institution’s business operation when that queue fills. Observation loss and partial content are reported. A delivery receipt is a different stage from central sealing and readiness for review. See Delivery.
